The Faro Rosso restaurant is located on the ladn of a 200 hectare farm nestled on the verdant hills that surround Gubbio. Its stunning views of the ancient town make the culinary delightseben more special: delicious homemade pasta and fine meat raised at the farm. The genuine and traditional recipes are those that the Urbani family has been serving for generations. How much of our history can be found in the flavours of our cuisine? Well, it is the history of our grandparents, it comes from the times when pasta was only handmade, when the meat came from animals all raised on the farm and life was signed by the rythm of the seasons. These same flavours still imbue the food we serve. The truffles, the cold cuts, cheeses, olive oil and so many other specialties await you at the Faro Rosso.

How to get there: From Gubbio, take viale Parruccini. After the roundabout, go under the overpass and follow the signs to the farm, located approximately 8 km on the right road.
