this building, which now houses the restaurant, used to be the residence of the illustrious fabiani family and still retains the typical fifteenth-century architecture with all the style and atmosphere of the era. the dining rooms are large and magnificent and are an ideal prestigious venue for any type of social gathering or ceremony. The restaurant welcomes sophisticated banquets as well as tourist groups. The cuisine is typical of Gubbio and Umbria as well as Italian in general, based on meats, fish and mushrooms.
